Daisy is a Biochemistry graduate with over 15 years of experience in administration, human resources, marketing, sales, and the beauty industry. An internationally certified hairstylist, trichology educator, and beauty professional, she has built a strong reputation in hair care and therapy through her expertise, leadership, and passion for excellence.
As the CEO of Capelli Salon and Beauty Parlour and Head Instructor at Capelli Institute of Trichology, Daisy is dedicated to advancing professional standards in hair therapy and promoting healthy hair care practices. Her extensive training includes certifications from the Hair Academy of South Africa, City & Guilds London, and a Higher Diploma in Medical Aesthetics.
Driven by a passion for helping people maintain healthy hair and combat hair loss, she combines scientific knowledge with practical expertise to train the next generation of hair therapists. Through the Capelli Give Back Initiative, founded in 2020, she empowers young women with skills, mentorship, and opportunities to become successful entrepreneurs and professionals.

Dr. Stephanie Obiano is an accomplished international business strategist, entrepreneur, and project management professional with over 15 years of experience in business development, sales, strategy, travel management, and aviation. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of London Royal Holloway, a Bachelor’s degree in French from the University of Lagos, and an Executive Master’s in Project Management from the United Kingdom.
As the Founder of Furalle Group and a leader in the travel and aviation sectors, Stephanie has played a significant role in business growth, startup development, and strategic expansion across Africa and international markets. She is a certified Educational Consultant, an advocate for women’s empowerment, and a mentor to entrepreneurs and young professionals.
Her achievements have earned her several recognitions, including the 2023 Africa Travel Management CEO of the Year Award and inclusion among Nigeria’s Top 40 Successful Women. She currently serves in the West African regional management team of Moov Airways, Switzerland, while continuing to champion innovation, leadership, and business excellence across industries.

Olanrewaju Bamgbose is a business executive with over 20 years of experience across aviation, broadcasting, retail, energy, and international business development. He serves as Director for West Africa at Moov Airways and Director at Inspirational Development Group Nigeria, while also advising several commercial and social organizations.
A former Vice President of Commercial, Business Development, and International Affairs at Arik Air, he played a key role in the airline’s growth across Africa, Europe, and the United States. His expertise includes strategic business development, market expansion, organizational turnaround, and international partnerships.
A graduate of Mass Communication and member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), he is passionate about strategic development, international cooperation, and socio-economic advancement.
