To provide the best service and accommodate all clients, we have implemented the following policy:
- Deposit: A 20% deposit of the total cost of service is required to book your appointment and will be subtracted from your total amount after your service.
- Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 15% of the deposit made to book your appointment.
- No-Show: Failure to show up without notice will result in the total 20% deposit forfeiture.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service, and a late fee may apply.
